Many projects use standards and forms of communication that suits them the best. For example, different ways are frequently used to communicate the usable area to the buyers. In our drawings you will see that we use the square metres of Decreto 218/2005. This is the legal Andalusian stan-dard and all projects are obliged to share these square meters with the buyers. Often this informa-tion is given at the bottom of the drawing or price list, with some exceptions. Don’t be afraid to ask for this information. It is the only objective way you can compare.

By means of this fill-in tool you can enter other projects of your choosing via your phone, tablet or laptop, so you can ma-ke an objective comparison with other newly developed projects. You can also print is as a PDF and fill it in manually. The fill-in tii is a tool to compare and see if the project of your choice matches to what is important to you.
