With a normal minimum of 320 days of sunshine, Estpona is a great municipality for Costafiore Gardens to be located. Located in the south-western part of the Costa Del Sol, Estepona covers a coastline of 20 km, with numerous beaches and it lies between two of the Mediterranean’s most famous and exclusive marinas; Puerto Banús and Sotogrande.

Estepona has a wide variety of beautiful beaches and the nearest beach is within walking distance of less than 500 metres from Costafiore Gardens. Although there is a beach available right in front of your flat or penthouse, there are many other beautiful beaches in the area. For example, Playa de la Rada in Estepona, easily accessible via the “Senda Litoral”, where you can take a nice walk along the promenade.
