We chose Technal because they were willing to design the revolutionary system of four sliding doors especially for Costafiore Gardens, allowing an opening on both sides of 75% to be achieved. All frames have a design with elegant lines and non-visible hardware which translates into a sleek look of the windows and sliding doors.

What is unique about the window frames in our project is that the sliding doors to the terraces are custom-made to best suit the needs of our buyers. The frames are from Technal’s Soleal line and consist of minimalist casements. The doors consist of four panels that can be opened in either direction.

Because the panels can open in both directions and you can open 3 panels at a time, there is a smooth transition from inside to outside. It makes the terrace part of your living room and thus increases your living space.

The window frames are fitted with Templa Lite Azur glass that significantly reduces the heat entering the flats and penthouses. The glass is colourless and without a mirror effect which ensures a clear view to the outside.

By using advanced technology, the doors are easy to operate and slide smoothly over the track frames. The colour is RAL 7022, named “Umbra Grey” perfectly chosen by our architect Borja Postigo Jimenez.
